okay now, don’t panic! yes the exam date for EL3219 has been moved forward to the 24th BUT I’ve talked to Alistair and he has agreed to move it back to the initial date…

Cani ceritanya…

Elgar has to attend a  seminar on the 25th so she has asked Alistair to change the exam date for EL3219. Thus, Alistair went to the Exam department and he thought that they would inform him before they finalised the exam date so that he could consult us regarding the new date. Unfortunately, according to him, he was not informed and he only knew about it yesterday when I went to see him…before that, I’ve searched high and low for Elgar (a bit exaggerated but bepaluh jua) and managed to talk to her and seek her approval to move the exam to its initial date :)

So now, we just have to wait till tomorrow and see what the exam people are going to do about it huhu

Hi guys, since I currently have no credit to text to your cells and since currently not everyone is available on MSN, I had to leave a message here (and in the hope of you guys checking this website before tomorrow, or at least happen to read my MSN nick/pm and/or Facebook status – sorry, I don’t know how else to contact you guys :S), I’m here to pass a message from Alistair cuz he said “nobody seemed to have read the post in our Google Group” (I guess because no one has replied yet). As we did not finish the lecture yesterday because we missed the
Monday class, we are a bit behind.  So I don’t think it makes much
sense to have the tutorials on this week’s work just yet.  So I
propose to have a lecture tomorrow instead of the tutorials.  However,
I don’t want to give the lecture 3 times obviously.  What time would
be better for you to have the lecture, 9.00, 10.10 or 11.10?  Is there
any time some people cannot make it?  If there is such a time please
tell me and I will schedule the lecture for one of the other slots.

Hey beautiful TESL07ers.

I have posted an event invite in Facebook and have invites all of you guys to RSVP to the TESL Picnic, Take 3!

As mentioned, the picnic will be held on the 30th of July, this Thursday and I do hope you all could make it.

The picnic is POTLUCK so bringing food and drinks to share is the whole idea here.

The picnic will be at Muara Beach at 11.00 a.m.

Oh, the exact place / pondok has not yet confirmed but if I will try and get there early -ish (with Michelle in tow if I would be conveying with her.) to get the nearest pondok with pretty view, near to the beach and the parking lot. I saw a small padang bola there so you may want to bring some toys along to play with, if you wish :D

I hope to see you guys there!
